Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Product & Craftsmanship

Is the engraving deep or surface etched?

Our glassware is deeply engraved using a sandblasting process, not surface-etched or laser engraved.
The engraving is permanent and designed to retain its depth and character over time.

What is the difference between Deep Cut and Raised Cut?

  • Deep Cut: The design is engraved deeper into the glass, creating pronounced depth and shadow.
  • Raised Cut: The background is etched away, leaving the design raised and more tactile.

Both options are crafted using the same technique and offer distinct visual and tactile experiences.

Are all pieces exactly the same?

No. Each piece is handcrafted, and slight variations in engraving depth, texture, and finish are natural.
These variations are part of what makes each item unique and are not considered defects.

Can I mix Deep Cut and Raised Cut in a set?

No. All shot glasses within a set must use the same engraving style.
You may choose either Deep Cut or Raised Cut, but styles cannot be mixed within the same set.

Can I choose different designs within a set?

Yes. Our shot glass sets include four different designs, carefully selected to complement one another.
Each set is curated to offer variety while maintaining a cohesive look.

Can I customize which designs go into my set?

At this time, sets are sold as pre-curated collections. Custom mix-and-match options are not available.

Are the glasses dishwasher safe?

Hand washing is strongly recommended to preserve the engraving and frosted finish.
Dishwashers may dull the surface over time.

Can the engraving wear off?

No. The engraving is permanently cut into the glass and will not fade, peel, or wash away.
