1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, minor variations in engraving depth, texture, or finish are considered normal and are not considered defects.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Used, damaged, or altered items
- Items returned without original packaging
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized items (if applicable)
3. How to Initiate a Return

with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the reason for return
- Photos of the item (if the item is damaged or defective)
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of:
- The damaged item
- The packaging
- The shipping label
We will evaluate the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider
- Shipping cost included in the product price are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
