All product prices on our website include standard shipping within the United States, unless otherwise stated.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only.
International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received.
Processing includes:
- Order verification
- Secure packaging
- Preparation for carrier pickup
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
3. Shipping Times
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard U.S. Shipping (Included): 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: May be available at checkout for an additional cost (if offered)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.
4. Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is included in the product price.
There are:
- No additional shipping fees at checkout for standard delivery
- No hidden handling charges
- If expedited shipping options are offered, any additional costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before purchase.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
6. Packaging & Handling
Due to the fragile nature of engraved glassware, all orders are:
- Carefully packaged using protective materials
- Designed to minimize movement and prevent damage during transit
- Packaging and handling are included as part of the product price.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@loneforgedrinkware.com, including:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging and shipping label
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with the carrier inquiry.
8. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
Crafted Drinkware is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

While we work hard to meet estimated delivery times, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

- Weather conditions
